Before you put your party hats on, please review the rules listed below

  1. ALL parties must be sponsored by an active Mosby Woods Pool member.
  2. Parties must be scheduled through our booking page with at least seven (7) days notice to allow for adequate guard coverage.
  3. The party booking fee is $60
  4. Cancellations of parties must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will forfeit the party fee.
  5. We will try to accommodate rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances that may close the pool.
  6. All party participants must follow the pool rules and the directions of the Lifeguard Staff. 
  7. Parties shall not consist of less than 10 people nor more than 30 guests (not including members on your account up to 5).  Please note Members may bring less than 10 persons to the pool as guests by paying the daily guest fee for each person.
  8. One adult shall be in continuous attendance for each 5 children in the party who are less than 18 years old.
  9. All Guests must check in with the lifeguards at the time of your party.
  10. Please be respectful of our next guests time and clean up the party space by the end of your slated time. You may arrive up to 10 minutes early to set up.

Payment info: $60 per time slot- purchase a pool party reservation fee on Membersplash: Log In >> Membership>> Manage Account>> Payment> Select Pool Party Reservation Fee.

* Please ensure the first and last name on this booking form matches the membersplash name purchasing the Party Fee so we can identify your payment.*

Payment must be received within 2 hours of booking or your reservation is forfeited. 

Please note this year our party area has been moved close to  the grills by the snack bar.
