Mosby Woods Pool is a great place to throw a party!
Before you put your party hats on, please review the rules listed below and complete the attached request and payment form.
Pool Party Reservations are $60 per time slot.
Party Reservation Times: Fridays, Saturday and Sundays***: 11:00-1:45pm, 2:00-4:45pm and 5:00-7:45 pm.
Definition of a Party–a group consisting of 10 to 35 persons (30 guests +5 household pool members) who wish to use the pool and/or its premises.

***Except when Swim Team Events Conflict.
Pool Party Rules
1 – ALL parties must be sponsored by an active Mosby Woods Pool member.
2 – Parties must be scheduled through Member Splash with at least seven (7) days notice to allow for adequate guard coverage.
3 – The party booking fee is $60 due at the time the reservation is made.
4 – Cancellations of parties must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will forfeit the party fee.
5 – Mosby Woods Pool will try to accommodate rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances that may close the pool.
6 – All party participants will follow the pool rules and the directions of the Lifeguard Staff.
7 – Parties shall not consist of less than 10 people nor more than 30 guests (not including members on your account up to 5). Please note Members may bring less than 10 persons to the pool as guests by paying the daily guest fee for each person.
8 – One adult shall be in continuous attendance for each 5 children in the party who are less than 18 years old.
9 – All Guests must check in with the lifeguards at the time of your party.
10 – Please be respectful of our next guests time and clean up the party space by the end of your slated time. You may arrive up to 10 minutes early to set up.
How to Reserve your Party and Pay for it
- Click on “Membership” > “Manage Account”
- Click on “Reservations” > “Make Reservations”
- Identify a date with availability and follow the prompts to submit your reservation
- Click here or check your email for an automated email with a link on how to submit your payment to finalize your reservation
Please note that only credit card payments are accepted for reservations.
